Projects We've Done

March 2019: North Iowa Juvenile Detention Services (NIJDS) - Installed new firewall, switches, and wireless access points throughout the building. Layer 3 network model with routing between VLANs. Preparation for installing a Mitel VOIP telephone system. MONTHLY SERVICE CONTRACT started SEPTEMBER, 2019.

April 2019: Dike Fire Department - Installed new firewall, switches, and wireless access points throughout the new fire station. Also installed audio/video equipment. In particular, video distribution unit to display fire response system on 4 HDTVs throughout the building.

September 2019: Yellow Jacket Enterprises - Installed computers and video surveillance system. System consisted of 4 - 4K IP Cameras and 1 NVR. Employees can access camera system from smartphone at anytime. Also provisioned 4 HP computers running Windows 10, and connected WORKGROUP network for file access.

November 2019: B&D Farms - Installed network and video surveillance system. System consisted of 1 firewall, 3 switches, 5 - 4K IP Cameras, 1 NVR, and point-to-point radios for wireless connectivity. Employees can access camera system from smartphone at anytime.

December 2019: Collision Services - Provide MONTLY SERVICE CONTRACT IT Managed Services to Collision Services in Hudson, IA. System consists of VMWare ESXi virtual server environment, 30 PC/Mac desktops, and 10 copiers/printers. Also support Shortel/Mitel phone system. Migrated PCs to Windows 10 ahead of Windows 7 end of support date.
